Synthesis of nanostructures using the sol - gel method for bio, UV, gas and Dye Sensitize Solar Cell applications
Muhammad Kashif received the Ph.D. degree in Nanoelectronic Engineering from University Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Malaysia in 2013. He received his BS degree in Bio-Medical Engineering from Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology Karachi, Pakistan in 2004 and M.Eng degree in Electronic Engineering from NED University of Engineering & Technology Karachi, Pakistan in 2007. He was Graduate Research Assistant from 2009-2013 in University Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Malaysia under Institute of Nano Electronic Engineering (INEE), UniMAP. He is currently working as an associate professor at Tianjin University, School of Electrical & Information Engineering. He published one book chapter and more than 65 papers on his ongoing research work in peer-reviewed international journals and conference proceedings. His Scopus H-index is 16. His research interests include nano device fabrication, synthesis of composite metal oxide semiconductor /Graphene Oxide and reduced Graphene Oxide (rGO) for solar cell, gas and UV sensing application.
